You will be leading a top-performing TA team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on hiring the best talent in the tech market, all while thinking of innovative ways to engage clients and offer candidates the best possible experience while on their journey with us.
You will be the point of contact to some of our American clients, negotiating and understanding their hiring needs to offer a white glove experience.
What you’ll do
Lead our sourcing, recruiting and hiring experts, mentoring the team towards continuous improvement and performance
Work close to American clients, consulting on recruiting, negotiating candidate's profile and skills, conducting the candidate through the interview's sessions, etc
Recruit and screen top performers to work remotely for American companies, from Brazil
Maintain sustainable talent acquisition plans and strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Develop service procedures, policies and standards, in order to improve value delivery to customers and facilitate organic growth
Structure and pursue continuous improvement of recruitment process stages, based on metric analysis (Time to Hire, Conversion Rates, NPS and so on);
Work closely to Ubimind's People area to define the best retention strategies for both development and TA teams

Advanced English communication skills (ability to assess candidates' English level, as well as communicate with our American clients)
Previous experience working with clients – drawing up job briefings, providing selection process updates, understanding and negotiating position requirements, etc;
Experience evaluating candidates for tech positions (frontend, backend, mobile, etc...);
Previous experience as a team leader and knowledge of management methods, techniques and performance indicators
Analytical skills, with experience in developing and monitoring metrics and indicators;
Ability to prioritize tasks and work within short deadlines;
