Work with product, design, data, and content teams to build a modern learning platform, scaling usage (and impact) 10-100x during the year.
What you'll do as a Software Engineer
You'll be working building and maintaining products to help organizations train their employees and overcome their most pressing people-related problems at scale.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure a seamless integration of our frontend code with the app shell as well as defining native features to expose.
You'll ship regularly and iteratively, writing testable, readable, and maintainable code.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience building high-quality software products, database and third-party integrations with APIs.
Previous experience architecting or refactoring systems of moderate complexity.
Experience with React, TypeScript and CSS in the frontend, and Python/Django, for the backend.
Experience working with AWS, Terraform and Microservices.
Experience working with Datadog, Kubernetes and Celery are a plus.
