What you’ll do

  • Uphold, create and/or maintain initiatives and policies for People & Culture department, such as:
  • Key results and indicators
  • Career and salary plans
  • Training and development (T&D) programs
  • Performance reviews 
  • Organizational climate and culture
  • Budgets and events 
  • Endomarketing initiatives 
  • Talent mapping and internal positions/relocations 
  • Ensure legal conformity within People & Culture initiatives and practices Evaluate costs and identify feasibility to implement new policies for People & Culture area
  • Develop recruiting processes, tests and interviews for internal positions 
  • Ensure new Ubiminders are onboarded successfully, especially culturally
  • Support other business areas in the success of their People & Culture needs 
  • Support and execute activities related to vacation, onboarding and off-boarding

In order to succeed in this position, you will need

Mandatory skills
  • Competency-based interview techniques;
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws;
  • Assessment;
  • Analytical skills, with experience in monitoring metrics and indicators;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work within short deadlines;
  • Ability to negotiate and influence;
  • Flexibility to work with ever-changing scenarios.
