What you’ll do as a Graphic Designer at Ubiminds
Support the Marketing team in our online and offline initiatives, which include:
- Be the protector of our brand use (logos, colors, fonts), as much in the daily use, but also reviewing design work developed by partners
- Develop visual content (digital design and photography/vídeo capture) for our social media feeds and digital profiles: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, GitHub, Glassdoor, Clutch, G2, Goodfirms, etc.
- Develop digital content for our blog (Header images, thumbnails, charts, icons) and elements for our promo and education campaigns (Ads, Landing Pages, etc.)
- Develop endomarketing campaigns and swag for Ubiminders and other stakeholders
- Be the main person-of-contact with freelance designers, advertising agencies, print shops, etc. to plan and guide campaign development, ensure the quality of collaterals, and compliance to brand characteristics
- Optimize the visual aspects of our website, blog, and landing pages for best UX/UI performance
In order to succeed in this position, you will need
Mandatory
- Intermediary English Skills
- Ability to execute design work within the deadlines of editorial calendars
- Taste for challenge and innovation
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with A/B testing for digital marketing
- Knowledge about photography, video recording, and editing
- Basic HTML/CSS Skills
Nice-to-haves
- Notions of conversion-based digital design
- Working knowledge of digital marketing/automation tools
