What you’ll do as a Content Writer

  • Be the protector of our brand voice (USP, EVP, mission statement, values, tone, D&I positioning), as much in the daily use, but also reviewing jobs developed by partners
  • Develop, script and optimize written content for our blog, social media feeds, and digital profiles: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, GitHub, Glassdoor, Clutch, G2, Goodfirms, etc)
  • Plan, create and review written content created by our partners (agencies, freelancers, third-party guest content)
  • Research for subjects that may be of interest to our clients, partners, and potential Ubiminders to pitch and execute rich content materials, screenplay for our vídeos and educational channels
  • Curate and provide information, plus directions, for press office partner
  • Support inbound marketing campaign, which includes e-mail marketing and landing page content
  • Help us to engage our community by delivering our content and answering blog and social media comments
  • Review and support educational content generation for our dev academy 

In order to succeed in this position, you will need


  • Advanced/Fluent English Skills
  • Ability to plan and execute editorial calendar on different platforms
  • Taste for challenges and innovation
  • Keen eye towards grammar and typos
  • Amazing organization skills
  • Knowledge of content ranking and advertising technique
  • Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM guidelines
  • Keen interest in indicators and metrics
  • Copywriting experience
