What you’ll do as Tech Sourcer at Ubiminds

  • Attract top performers to work remotely for American companies, from Brazil;
  • Map the market and gather insights from the collected data;
  • Assist in developing and implementing sourcing and hunting strategies for software product development talent;
  • Help to structure and pursue continuous improvement of recruitment process stages, based on metric analysis (Time to Hire, Conversion Rates, NPS and so on);
  • Maintain candidate’s pipeline active by staying in touch and establishing long-term relations using our ATS and other communication tools;
  • Be part of initiatives to improve business processes such as candidate experience, employer branding, employee experience, and customer experience.

Mandatory skills

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
  • Effective time-management abilities;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate English skills (especially reading).


  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking;
  • Knowledge of technology-related roles and job positions;
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or any ATS or CRM.
